INTAREMA® TVEPLUS®

Filtration, homogenisation and degassing at the highest level

 

The patented extruder system INTAREMA® TVEplus® sets new standards in the recycling of materials that are difficult to process such as heavily printed films and/or very moist materials. This is made possible through ultrafine filtration, thorough melt homogenisation and high-performance degassing in a single step.

The proven basic principle of TVEplus® technology: melt filtration takes place upstream of extruder degassing. As a result, end products can be produced with the best quality and the highest possible recyclate content.

LDPE-LLDPE-HDPE FILM RECYCLING

Being the pioneer of the PE recycling market (with its first washing line installed since 1974), SOREMA can grant you the state-of-the art technologies and the most flexible and proper solutions in order to treat with all kinds of LDPE-LLDPE-HDPE plastic film: from post-consumer, post-industrial even to all kind of agricultural film.

The different flexible solutions allow SOREMA to treat the most contaminated materials and to transform them into a second raw material with the highest quality in order to reach proper targeted specifications allowing to the produced plastic cleaned fluff to be recycled into a new production process (extrusion, injection moulding or similar).

Apart from washing lines for PE plastic materials as specified above, SOREMA has solutions also for the treatment of PP Big Bags wastes, as well as HDPE-PP bottles and PS containers.
